In the United States, February is Black History Month and is celebrated all month long. This could be a way to highlight important Black figures within your field who have made enormous contributions to your industry. For example, the National Parks Conversation Association highlighted the Buffalo Soldiers in this tweet. This would be a video where you can create a slideshow, use motion titles from WeVideo and transitions as you go clip to clip.

Social justice has launched into the forefront in recent years and has become an important factor in how younger generations make decisions. Your stance on social issues can help you reach newer audiences, consumers and followers. That isn’t the only reason to show your support for initiatives. Getting involved shows employees that you care about what affects them and their lives. Create a video highlighting ways you and your company have positively impacted the community you’re in. This can be a slideshow of employees volunteering or taking part in demonstrations or showcasing inclusion and diversity within your organization. This not only helps build your brand but opens the door for meaningful conversations.
