Personal data request form
WeVideo provides users of registered accounts tools in their account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data associated with their account. At any time, a WeVideo account holder can log in to their account, go to their Account Settings, and either download a data archive of all of the personal data associated with their account, and/or delete their account and all associated personal data. WeVideo account holders and their legal guardians have the right to request the specific data we have collected about them over the past 12 months (also known as a data portability request). WeVideo users also have the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected about them (also known as a data deletion request).
If you have a WeVideo account, or are the legal guardian of someone with a WeVideo account, you can exercise your right to data portability and data deletion by submitting a verifiable consumer request through the form below.
Please note that we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we are unable to verify your identity or your authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
