Get the status of a video export job

GET 
/public/videos/:jobId

Returns the current status of a video export job. While the job is running, the status will be PROCESSING. Once it finishes the status becomes COMPLETED (with a signed url and thumbnailUrl) or FAILED. Jobs that cannot be located return NOT_FOUND.
